Vet Strategy Guide
The Tutorial Case will guide you through the basic principles of game play. You will be given the choice to begin the tutorial at the start of the game. Simply talk to the Head Vet at any time to try the tutorial again.
Overall Strategy Hints: (No spoilers.)
- Playing through the game on the easiest level provides an in-game walkthrough. The player is told each correct step as they progress within the case.
- Be sure to keep up with all your chores. Anything not completed by the end
of the day will be required of you the next day.
- On easy mode, there is always a hint given to help you figure out what sort
of medicine an animal needs. On normal and hard difficulty, you’ll have to
think carefully about what would help the most.
- Pay attention to information given to you during the case and during the summary by the head vet. You’ll need to remember what you’ve learned so
you can pick the right diagnosis at the end of the case and earn extra points.
- Remember that the temperature is always taken from the rear of an animal. When taking blood from an animal for a blood test, it’s usually taken from the rear legs.
- If you ever want to learn more about any tool or term, check out the computer in the Head Vet’s office.
- If you’ve finished your daily duties early, you can go to the Head Vet’s office and click on the hourglass to end the day early.
